How much is the deposit required to book slot?

There are 3 billing phases. The initial, non-refundable deposit, is 20%, followed by 50% due on the day of your wedding date, and a final 30% when all the items are ready for collection.

Is the initial deposit refundable?

Unfortunately the initial deposit is not refundable should you wish to cancel the booking.

There is a change in our wedding date. Will there be a charge?

A change of date is required to inform us within 2-3 months in advance, there will be a charge of 5% of overall package price if you inform us at a later date. However, if it is pertaining to both or only one of the couple is down with COVID-19 which is required to postpone the date the fee will be exempted.

How many photographers & videographers will be assigned to our wedding day?

We will only assign 1 photographer and 2 videographers to your wedding. However, if you are required to have an additional photographer at the scene there will be an additional charge of $500.

Can the photographer and the videographer be separated?

Generally no. We move together as a team. Unless the situation required us to separate for a brief moment that is up for a discussion no problem.

How long does it take for our photographs and video to be ready?

We can guarentee to whoever took both photos and video it will be ready within a 3 months time frame, provided there is no extended time for you to pick out your images for your photobook and canvases. Do expect some delays especially during busy periods. We might deliver them earlier than expected. If only photos are chosen there will be between 2-3 months, there will be ample time for you to choose your photos. We took a bit of time because we promised you good quality edited photos and printed deliverables.

Is outdoor shoot included in the package?

Generally yes. However it depends on the packages you decide to take. We are here to help you recommend the best package so all the important parts are covered including the outdoor photoshoot.

Can we upgrade, downgrade or exclude prints entirely from the package?

Upgrading the prints from medium to large photo-book for example is always welcome with an additional charge. You are also welcome to add on other prints however, you are not allowed to downgrade or remove the prints from the packages.
